Government Technical Institute (Loikaw) is located at Oo Paing No.(3), Pha Phaw Road, Nar Nat Taw Quarter, Loikaw City, Kayah State and this total area is 31.063 acres including Goverment Technical High School (Loikaw).
Government Technical Institute (Loikaw) was constructed at July 2,2018 and was opening the first year course at December 2019.
